Abstract
Background: In recent decades, the primary health care system went through changes. Along with these, pharmacists moved from traditional functions to clinical services. The purpose of this review was to discuss the top of clinical innovations within pharmaceutical care mindset. Objective: To analyze the strategies used by pharmacists in primary care clinical practices around the world. Method: PRISMA was used as protocol and the narrative synthesis was choice to report findings. The research occurred in three electronic databases. The articles quality was evaluated by Sucupira’s platform and the risk of bias study was made for each text. ResuIts: 1498 elements were founded on the beginning and it finished with five articles after screening work. Conclusion: The results showed miscellaneous activities with positive impact about population.
